Sussex Sea Charters has operated from Chichester Harbour for over 20 years, offering some of the best inshore day fishing on the South Coast. We fish a variety of productive marks, including Selsey, Nab Tower, and the Isle of Wight, providing an exciting range of fishing opportunities. Additionally, we have the advantage of very productive marks within the harbour itself, offering an alternative when the weather turns.
Our charter fishing trips include all tackle, rods, and bait in the price. However, you're more than welcome to bring your own equipment if you prefer—your skipper will happily advise you on the best techniques and locations based on current conditions.
We welcome both novice and experienced anglers alike.
The Boat 'Flamer11'
Flamer 11 is a well known and much loved 105 Offshore (10.5m / 33ft) . Offering a spacious fishing deck and a well equipped wheel house making it a comfortable and enjoyable trip.

Fishing space up to 11 anglers, (no more than 8 is best) Flamer has a galley and toilet, making fishing trips suitable for all the family.

On board is full safety equipment, GPS, radar, chartplotter and colour fishfinder, all bait and tackle are included.

The latest addition is Navionics which gives the latest seabed details and accurate marks with tide and current information.
​
Flamer is licensed to Maritime Coastguard Agency standards.

Our Professional Crew
Skipper -Warren
Warren has been based in Selsey since 2000 and is a passionate fisherman with extensive local knowledge of fishing marks.
After working in the marine industry for over a decade, he founded Selsey Marine Services Ltd in 2012. In 2022, Warren acquired Sussex Sea Charters from Mac, who decided to retire. To prepare for this new venture, Warren had his existing RYA Certificates commercially endorsed and officially qualified as a Skipper in May 2022.
Skipper -Mac (retired)
Mac retired in 2022, selling Sussex Sea Charters to Warren. He continues to live in Selsey and now enjoys fishing in a more leisurely pace.
